• Egan-owned Apple devices (iPhone/iPad) come with pre-installed, IT-managed business applications.

  • Devices do not have an Apple Account/ID assigned. IT is unable to create an Apple Account for users.

  • To download personal apps, you may create a new Apple Account using your Egan email or use a personal Apple Account.

  1. To Sign In with an Existing Apple Account:

    1. Go to the App Store.

    2. Click the person-style icon in the right-hand upper corner.

    3. Click Sign In With Apple Account and enter your credentials.

  2. Creating a New Apple Account

    1. In the App Store, click the person-style icon, then Create Apple Account.

    2. Enter your email (Egan or another email) and create a unique password.

    3. Toggle to Agree to Terms and Conditions, then click Next.

    4. Enter your first and last name, along with a birthday (a random date is acceptable).

    5. Toggle off the option to subscribe to Apple Updates, then click Next.

    6. For Payment Method, select None.

    7. For the billing address, you may use Egan's Champlin address: 11611 Business Park Blvd N, Champlin, MN 55316. Click Next.

    8. Enter a phone number and select Verify Using either Text Message or Phone Call. Click Next.

    9. Enter the 6-digit code received via text/call and click Verify.

    10. For email verification, enter the 6-digit code you should have received via email and click Verify.

    11. Once you see the message "Apple Account Created," click Done. You can now download apps through the App Store.
