There is a known issue with Silverfort and phones running the latest version of Android. Users are experiencing a loading screen when attempting to open the app to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA). Silverfort is aware of the issue and is currently developing an update to resolve it. 


The current workaround is to lock the phone when the loading screen appears, then immediately unlock it. The app will then load, and you will be able to complete MFA. When a fix is released, be sure to check for an update to the Silverfort app to resolve the issue. If you experience further issues with Silverfort, please contact the Helpdesk.
