- Turn on the TV's/Projector and log into the Chromebox as you would normally for a meeting.
- On the Chromebox join your meeting or start one by navigating to meet.google.com.
- Now on the laptop navigate to g.co/present.
- On the laptop type in the meeting code that is located in the bottom left of the meeting that is being hosted on the Chromebox.
- Once connected in the Google Meet, on your laptop share your screen by clicking on the ‘Present Now’ button located in the Meet Toolbar (located at the bottom of the Meet window) then select the presentation mode of your choice (Entire Screen, a window, or just a tab). In order to share audio you will need to share the chrome screen with the video you are playing.
- On the Chromebox you can change meeting settings to try and maximize the presented screens size.
