Downloading the Webex client

  1. Navigate to https://www.webex.com/downloads.html

  2. Under "Download Webex" select "For Windows (64 Bit)


  3. Choose "Keep" when prompted by Chrome.


  4. Select "Install" when prompted by Webex, when the installation is finished, click "Open Webex"

Joining a meeting from the Webex client

  1. Sign in with your email or select "Join a meeting" to join as a guest.

  2. Enter your meeting number and password provided by an invite from the host, this should be in your email. Also enter your email address.

  3. While in the preview window, you are able to make sure the proper audio and video devices are selected, you can also dial in with your phone.

  4. Click "Join Meeting" and you will be entered into the meeting.
